If it hasn't happened yet, it will. A catastrophic event occurs within your organization: a fire, a theft, even a major server meltdown. Whatever happens, your company's mission critical data is lost. It is this sad inevitability that prompted Linux Solutions Provider, Inc. to create the off-site backup service.

We configure a service to securely backup data with our Secure Archive Server Farm at our Data Center. We perform a nightly sync of data where any and and all files stored in subscribed network shares are synchronized to our server farm. Once per week, we perform a Full Backup of your synchronized data with a differential back up taken each night during the week to ensure that you have a historical as well as a Live archive to rely upon. Initially, we hold 7 days of archives in addition to the live copy. We also offer more comprehensive archival strategies upon request.

Each stage in the two stage process produces an email log which will be delivered to your email account. To be safe, we monitor the logs to make sure your backup procedure runs smoothly.

Should you ever need to recover a file, just give us a call. We have secure, live access to your Server and can quickly restore a given file in a matter of minutes. This service is included in your monthly fee. Our Helpdesk hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Out of hours recovery is available for an additional per incident fee of $99/hour for time used. We also offer periodic backups of data to Optical Media should you require this.
